U18 Boys

The Draw for the 46th MABA 18 & Under National Junior Basketball Championship took place on the 6th of August at the MABA Conference Room, and the results are as follows. The match schedule has also been released and can be found here.

Boys:

Our boys pipped Thailand by virtue of a better goal average to take the second spot, behind Philippines, on the final day of the 7th SEABA U18 Championship on Friday. Malaysia, thus joined Philippines, as the SEABA representatives in the 21st FIBA Asia U18 Championship scheduled to be held in Sana’a (Yemen) from Sept 22 – Oct 1.

Malaysia had represented the SEABA region in the 20th FIBA Asia U18 Championships in Tehran, Iran and ended the tournament with a fifteenth-place finish.
